Account details (name, email), organization profile information you enter, documents you upload, application content you create, service requests you submit, and standard technical logs needed to operate the platform.
How we use information
To operate your account, generate readiness and match assessments, provide AI assistance on content you supply, deliver professional services you request, process payments, and send service and deadline notifications.
AI processing
When you use the AI assistant, the relevant profile and application content you selected is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not use your content to train public models.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments and deliver email. We do not sell your data. Professional specialists assigned to your engagement can access the materials you share with them.
Storage and security
Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with access controls enforced at the database level. Documents are stored in private buckets accessible only to your organization and assigned staff.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your organization's data. Deleting your account removes your profile, documents and application content, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
